World-class artists will travel to the Manteo waterfront August 14-15, 2019 for the 38th Annual New World Festival of the Arts. The free, outdoor show will feature art from exhibitors including watercolors, oil & acrylic, drawings, photography, jewelry, sculpture, and pottery.
