The Reel Love Weddings Outer Banks videography team kicked wedding season off this year with Toki and Tim's Persian graced Black Stallion Wedding in Corolla, NC. This wedding was certainly one for the books! We arrived early to gather some preparation shots as Nancy Harvey with Holiday House Wedding was adding her finishing touches on the indoor ceremony site. The great part about the newly built Black Stallion wedding/event home that Twiddy offers is the expansive levels of the home, which were perfect for the couples guest count. As Toki got ready in the elaborate pool house/honey moon suite, Alicia Arranz and Kelly Ives with Lovie's Salon and Spa took care of all hair and makeup needs for the bride. As the ceremony began, Ebi Homaifar lead Toki and Tim and all of their guests through a Persian ceremony. Molly Miller with A Barefoot Wedding, pronounced the couple husband and wife at the close of the ceremony. Following the ceremony the couple did a Dove release from When Doves Fly. Persian DJ Dariush got the party pumping as guests enjoyed cocktail hour around the event space. Along with the always-amazing food by Cafe Lachine, Toki's mother who is the owner of Pomegranate Kitchen created the tastiest Persian dishes we've ever had! All reception rentals were provided by the awesome crew at Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Throughout the day we really enjoyed working along side the talented George and Dionne, otherwise known as George Porter Photography. Connecting all of the details together for a seamless and stress free day was Kerri and her team from The Proper Setting. Kerri is always a real treat to work with and we look forward to more weddings with her this season! As the evening winded down, guests made their way back to their hotels safely with transportation provided by Corolla Trolley.
OBX wedding videos produced by Reel Love Weddings. We love everything about a Black Stallion Wedding, this home is truly a work of art and an amazing Outer Banks wedding venue! That's exactly what lead Jennifer and Jamie to choosing such an incredible location as The Black Stallion. Our day started out in the Grand Suite where Jennifer was getting ready before making her way down the aisle. The couple opted for an intimate backyard ceremony lead by Nicole Nickischer with ceremony music performed by Club Violin. Chairs and rentals for the ceremony and reception were delivered and setup by the crew at Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals. After the ceremony had completed, photographer Joe Bertoline worked side by side with us to capture the family and bride and groom in this gorgeous setting. The beautiful flowers and decor for the day were created by Bells & Whistles. Guests enjoyed delicious appetizers and entrees from Kelly's and a lovely wedding cake by Just Desserts to satisfy their sweet tooth! DJ Bruce had the party going strong throughout the evening with guests tearing up the dance floor! Coordinating this flawless event was Kerri with The Proper Setting who we always enjoy working with! What a way to kick off the 2016 wedding season! Kristina and Trent had a full-on wedding day at the Black Stallion home in Corolla. The ceremony upstairs was beautiful, and the party downstairs was a blast.
